The WV East Asia Regional Office has actively engaged children and young leaders from six countries through the Young Minds CAMP (Child-led Actions, Mobilization, and Partnerships). This group of young leaders from Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam has been serving as an advisory council since April 2024, participating in both in-person and online dynamic learning sessions. Throughout this time, they have been involved in various activities, including in-country consultations and research with fellow children. This December, these leaders have taken part in a vital nutrition dialogue, where 15 children and young leaders—7 males and 8 females, ages 12 to 18—came together to discuss issues that directly impact their health and well-being.
