Description
The dialogue will focus on raising awareness and education about balanced diets, food security, and the importance of nutrition in preventing chronic diseases and supporting maternal and child health. It will address issues like malnutrition (both under- and over-nutrition), food deserts, and economic barriers to healthy eating. The dialogue will explore the role of cultural and socioeconomic factors in food choices, as well as the need for sustainable, climate-smart nutrition practices. Key processes include community engagement, advocacy for better policies, nutrition education, and creating supportive environments for healthier food access, while monitoring and evaluating the impact of nutrition programs. Collaboration among local stakeholders and evidence-based interventions is essential for fostering long-term health improvements.
