World Vision Philippines conducted series of participatory consultations with Local Children’s Congresses in its field offices, with this particular consultation focused on Mindanao.  These consultations aim to capture children’s perspectives on hunger and malnutrition by encouraging open discussions and reflective activities. Children were engaged in defining hunger and malnutrition in their own words, sharing awareness of cases of child hunger within their social networks, exploring possible causes of these issues, and providing suggestions for improving interventions to address food accessibility and nutrition.
