Description
Objectives of the National-level Round Table Meeting (Kenya) :
- To analyze the nutrition priorities in Kenya and address key topics, including food systems transformation and the intersection of nutrition with climate change and food security. In effect, amplifying the voices of those most at risk of malnutrition, such as women and children in low-income settings.
- To review and assess the progress made in Kenya basis the N4G commitments since the last N4G Summit held in 2021 at Tokyo, and discuss Kenya’s commitments for N4G 2025, going forward, for achieving the 2030 goals.
- To set up a taskforce /working group or committee that will amplify the agenda for furthering nutrition commitments in Kenya . In effect, bring together diverse set of stakeholders to share their insights, perspectives and discuss solutions tailored to their unique environments in Kenya.
